Make Your Own Pet Bowl Workshop: Sato Care Alliance Fundraiser

Support Sato Care Alliance and show some love for your furry bestie by joining us for this Make Your Own Pet Bowl Workshop! No ceramics experience is necessary as each student will craft their own unique pet bowl using slab building techniques. Students will have the opportunity to decorate their bowl using various stamps, textures, and found materials. At the end of the workshop, each participant will choose their desired glaze color from our selection of 5 glazes. We'll take care of glazing and firing the pet bowls, and will notify everyone when they are ready for pickup, within 4-6 weeks.
Price includes all taxes, materials, firings, and instruction.
Please be aware that the studio does not have air conditioning, but we have multiple fans and natural ventilation. Please dress appropriately for the climate, and we suggest wearing something comfortable that you don’t mind getting a bit dirty. Cold drinking water is available in the studio and we recommend bringing a water bottle to drink from during the workshop.
ABOUT SATO CARE ALLIANCE:
SCA is a small non-profit that rescues the forgotten satos of Puerto Rico. They make sure each dog recieves all the veterinary care they need, and then cooridates their adoption in PR, or flight to a trusted partner rescue in the mainland US. SCA also coordinates monthly low cost spay events to work towards reducing the number of stray cats and dogs on the streets of Puerto Rico.
