In this beginner-friendly class, students will explore both wheel throwing and handbuilding techniques. We will cover the fundamentals of using the pottery wheel, as well as slab-building and coil-building methods. Enrollment is limited to six students, allowing for a more personalized learning experience in both Spanish and English.

Students will be guided through additive and subtractive techniques, trimming, surface decoration, and glazing. By the end of the course, students will learn how to combine different ceramic techniques to bring their creative visions of clay to life.

This course is open to all skill levels, from absolute beginners to experienced artists.

Price includes all taxes and everything you’ll need: 25 lbs clay, underglazes, glaze, firings (for the 25 lbs of clay), and use of studio tools. Payment plans are available upon request.
